It is not easy to follow the path leading to progress. Many kinds of fear disturb. The heart is saying something, the mind is saying something. Outside our safe circle, we find ourselves very weak. Every new start scares us. So in order to move forward, we have to first overcome our inner fear. Whether we are happy or sad, like our life or dislike, we become accustomed to living in a way. We find it difficult to keep pace with new responsibilities. We are afraid of losing, of laughing at others, of losing relationships, of losing what is at hand. For new changes, we also have to change our habits. So every new beginning makes us trouble. We tend to avoid moving forward.

We crave approval and find trust damn near impossible
When ptsd is active we act different, think different
Hard to be normal when we have an extra war going on inside
We have to accept ourselves all,of us
That is a tall order
I am two people
One when ptsd is alive and another when it is dormant

Do you believe that ptsd could be a reason for doing something very uncharacteristic and how do you know that it was in affect when you acted out of character?

You know when PTSD is active, intrusive thoughts, fight or flight mechanism fires, and fear and anxiety are companions
Hard to miss and Dissociation

We are always there
where we are
the progress
into the abyss
or in moderation
every step is a beginning
with the second
on the foot
follows responsibility
the fear
is nature’s caution
not arrogant
to become
the real grief
the abandonment
the misery
measures the zealot
We always stay there
in the there
where we are right now

Progress is something we must have, but are all a little wary of!

I have found that I am more comfortable in the devil I know, than in what may await outside the zone of which I am comfortable and ‘safe’. Yet, when I have dared to step out, as exhausting as it may be, it is also exhilarating.

Funny was just talking to my best friend about blogging and the subject that came up was the fact that no matter how bad our situations are, it “gets worse “ .. meaning it can always get worse than the current situation no matter how bad!! Just a positive way to look forward at your situation.

It is true! Courage is the path that drives us to leave the pleasant moment and continue in search … of happiness … and in preparation we cannot remain, we must go and go further. That simple! Courage! Go and be … just be. I loved your words, your moment. 🐉

If we had 1 positive from Covid19 is was that it forced change. We had to all figure out a new normal and with that every one of us discovered something different about ourselves. For some it may have been negative, like coping with their fears. But for a lot of others I know, the break from our crazy paces made us rediscover who we forgot we were. It also made us glaringly aware of those that were important in our lives. From our own loved ones to the essential workers. I know for me I was able to spend precious time with my daughter and husband. I found my inside artist again and I began a blog. All changes that never would have happened if it weren’t for the world shutting down. This has been a drastic time of regeneration and regrowth and giant change for the entire world. Hopefully we can come out kinder more gentle people on the other side.

Fear is the survival factor of life, so it is difficult to get rid of these feelings which are essential to keep safe on the pathway of moving forward.
Accept fear and be ready to face the challenges of working and living. We can’t find safe zones everywhere in the world. Happiness is not possible without fear or pain.
In fact, pain and pleasure are the fundamental feelings of human beings. Success reflects happiness, therefore, focus is required in thinking and working.

Every man is, in himself, a conservative. The defining elements for his later career are “the seven years at home” (in Romanian: the period until entering school).
Then the character of the future adult is fixed, the school years being, unfortunately, only a forced indoctrination, of uniformization and bringing to the status of modern slave.

We do not like to make changes and I can Vive you two of many reasons why we are reluctant. 1. Even positive events cause stress. And 2. FOMO, Fear Of Missing Out. Every course of action we choose necessarily means actively rejecting other options. To say yes to anything g we say no to so much more. There are people who feel paralyzed at the thought of missing something that could have been better. If we embrace trusting others, for example, we reject the freedom of knowing we wont be rejected. We have that freedom when we don’t trust. Yes, we are all e but we feel safe. In the name of positivity we give up safety and that stresses us out. Its no mystery why people seem”stuck” in negative mindsets or lifestyles, such as living on the street or isolating away from others. Make no mistake, as bad as these things seem to outsiders, the person in negativity finds the “negativity” personally rewarding.
