Our expectations from ourselves, from others, from the circumstances and from the world do not take the name of ending.

Our expectations from ourselves, from others, from the circumstances and from the world do not take the name of ending. We want everything to be according to our wishes, but it does not happen. That is why we get upset. Accepting what is there gives freedom and freedom is happiness. If there is a feeling of anger, restlessness or occupation in the heart, then we cannot be free. Do not expect more from yourself. But keep the courage. Going forward on your path, you will also get courage and with small successes, the picture of the future will also become clear.

  1. I expect
    my goal
    death
    at my end

    I just want
    be in service
    the soul

    exceeds this relationship
    my consciousness
    every day
    my wishes
    and expectations

    the freedom
    in me there is no
    not in the real one
    full of dependencies
    in the world

    when my sensations
    get enraged
    I in restlessness
    am worried
    my heart beats
    away anyway
    and that every new day

    i am a weak person
The world belongs to the courageous

    the pictures
    the drama
    what in me
    ascends
    are of the soul
    me really and clearly

    i don’t have to succeed
    have for me
    and book
I’ll leave that up to you
    the noble
    the first of these days

  2. I appreciate your way of thinking but it’s very difficult to deal when things ho haywire . It’s in these moments when we lose courage which we need most. But yes less expectations – less disappointments.

  3. Your words decreased my pressure and tension. I want to be a part of a journey rather than a point because I’m alive.
You are the candle that helped others to shine.🙏
